INTRODUCTION

DMS Media is an ambitious, energetic content production company focused on delivering exceptional outcomes through creative storytelling.

Established in 2012, our journey started with Toyota, working with the company’s social media teams to bring our client’s vision to life through evocative film, photography and editorial.

We retain a strong connection with Toyota, including the provision of headcount to a Content Development Team based at the company’s UK HQ in Epsom, Surrey.

The DMS Media team at Toyota (GB) plc works under the day-to-day management and direction of the Brand Communication teams at Toyota, Lexus and Kinto.

WORKING AT TOYOTA (GB) plc

Our team at Toyota (GB) plc works under the day to day management and direction of the Brand Communication teams at Toyota, Lexus and Kinto, collaborating with stakeholders across all brands to identify potential social media content opportunities that support business aims.

Applying a ‘Diagnosis – Strategy – Tactics’ (DST) approach to content opportunities the Content Development Team advises key stakeholders on how their needs and objectives can be best served.

The line management of Content Team members is delivered by Toyota GB – this includes their ad hoc performance feedback, quarterly reviews and personal development plans. At DMS, we support with training and development, annual reviews and the creation of content too.

Toyota is a fantastic place to work and develop your skills and encourages a growth mindset.

Team members develop their skills in accordance with Toyota’s core competencies (known as the 6Cs).

In addition to the above, our team help with maintaining oversight of all relevant projects, working closely with the Content Team members and agency partners to realise the brief.
